V3 Error when opening sequence on show PC

Hi all. I am getting the attached error when I try to open a particular sequence on my show PC. The sequence opens fine on my dev PC and all other sequences work fine on both PCs. What does this error indicate? If I click OK it just pops up again and again (forever) so I end up having to kill the program.

Details...Both PCs running V3.0.10 -40. Dev PC is Win7-64 (64 bit V3) and show PC is Winxp-SP3 32bit. Sequence is converted in -40 from 2.5.8. I have converted other sequences and they work fine...just this one oddball...
