Pixel Help

If I set the color to white in the timeline the pixels work just fine. If i change the color to anything other than white then they all flicker random colors. If I use any different effect they also flicker random colors.

My test setup.
50pc WS2811 IC Pixel DC5V (I only have 1)
Power Supply AC 110V to 5V 20A 100W
USB to RS485. (The same one I use to run my show in Dec without a problem. I had on on a SS24,SS16 and SS8)
PX1 Pixel (I only have 1)
Software Vixen 3

I have try a different power supply, PC and changed the baud rate with the same results. I'm getting 5v into the PX1.
