Renard SS at 115,200K Baud?

Due to expanding channel count and using typically 25ms on my sequences i need to change the firmware on my pics to 115K. I took a fresh copy from the Wiki and modified #define PWM_build to 1 (for PWM) and more importantly
#define BAUDRATE to 115200. I complied it and it didn't error out and programmed the pics with no errors and tried to the board. Nothing. I looked through the firmware and wiki and didn't see anything else i needed to change to get it to work at 115,200K. I found a version in the file library too and it looks like that was all that was changed to have PWM/115,200K.

My setup is a 4 port e1.31 bridge outputing Renard on port 1. I have it set up for the correct baud rate. Plus I do have a SR LCC16 already programmed with the 115K baud rate and it works fine. To test all i am doing is moving the cable from the bridge to the ss16 from the LCC16. I am not changing ports, settings on the bridge etc. I have also tried JP1 and JP2 in different configurations and still nothing.

Any suggestions or something i am doing wrong?
