DIYC Flood + Superstrips on Ren48LSD

I plan to add approx. 6 double - DIYC Flood's to my list for 2013 for the purpose of wall washing. The way my house is designed, the second story runs into 1st story with no roof lip/gutter etc. separating the two stories as on some homes. If this were the case I would add more DIYC floods on the small piece of roof between the 1st/2nd story but like I said, this does not exist on my house. I am thinking of instead of using the 6 diyc floods on the ground washing the 1st story and then hanging 3 superstrips under the second story eaves to wash the 2nd story. I plan to use the ren48 for this job. After researching this topic, it appears that I can run a 24v power supply into one side of the ren48 for the diyc floods and then run a 5v into the other side for the superstrips? Then again I believe Frank's superstrips can be run at 12v with some resistor changes. Could I then pull off of the initial 24v power supply? It sounds like I should not run the diyc floods at 12v due to loss in color intensity, especially red. What do you think my best option would be for combining the ren48 with 6 double diyc floods and 3 of frank's superstrips?

I had these power supplies in mind as I want to be able to have them in cg enclosures near the ren48

If there is a better idea/cheaper idea out there that involved a supply that needed more breathing, I could keep the power supply in the garage and run power to the ren48 from this supply in the garage.

Thanks for any thoughts/comments/suggestions.
