Downloading XCTU software

I went to Digikey to downloaded XCTU utility to program the XBee. I clicked on XCTU ver. 5.2.8.6

It downloaded and I ran it.

It uninstalled a program on my computer call One Touch Video Capture then reinstalled it. What the heck is going on. I thought I did something wrong and downloaded it again and it did the same thing.
Crazy!!
