Halving strings

I know Nutcracker has the ability to create affects for 360 megatree where you can loop a long string up the front, over the top, and down the back side to create two "virtual" short strings. Can it do the same for 180 MT where I run a string up the front and back down the front in some matter to create two front side "virtual" strings?
